J'ai ajouté un bouton paiement vers notre PayPal. Je viens de recevoir une inscription mais pas de trace ou de note du paiement.

You have 7 submissions in the form without a payment. You have one incomplete payment in it. Please check.
If this incomplete payment is the payment that you were looking, then that means your Paypal integration is not yet fully configured. In most cases, this is related to your IPN settings. To fix it, please check this guide:
