Filter or extract data inside a field or cell in the submissions page

Is there a way to specify what value is reported in the submissions results?

I have a list containing metric and imperial equivalents.  When selected, I would like to have only the metric value returned on the submission form.  

If "152 cm - 5'0"" is selected, it would show as 152 on submission.

I have several areas (age, height, and test result) that I would like to see simplified on the results page. The height and test results are too many to create a nested IF formula in a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to strip or filter a string inside the field or a cell in the Submissions page. You can only filter what fields will appear by enabling or disabling them in the Properties.

If you want, you can export the form submissions into an Excel file and filter or extract a specific string from that cell. Please check this link.
