Is it possible to encrypt the notification email?

I want to create a form that will alert another team member when anyone submits the form. I like that Jotform will show the contents of the submission in the email, but I need this to be encripted for personal security reasons. Is there a way to set the alert to send in encripted form?

I haven't created the form yet, so I don't have a file or URL to upload. Can you answer this generally?

We used standard encryption for form emails. We have an encryption feature where you can encrypt the data and can only be viewed/read by providing the encryption key. You can read more about it here:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

It's a bit long read, but I would suggest checking all aspects to make sure you understand how it works.

Also, since you've mentioned multiple people that would view the data, you will have to share the encryption key with them.

For multiple recipients, this guide should help https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
