Hello,  We have text in our contracts that we need to be pushed through to the email and the PDF attachment.  It appears on the preview but the not the email or the PDF after completed?

I assume you are referring to the "Text" field which contains your Agreement details.

I suggest that you use "Terms & Condition" widget since "Text" field is a Static field and needs to be manually entered on your Email Notification by copying and pasting it.

You can show Headers/Text on your PDF attachment by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

The text is still not showing up in the PDF or email even when using the Terms and Conditions.  Any suggestions?

Is this the form you are working on http://www.jotform.us/form/80588287302159?

The Terms and Conditions widgets will be shown only as 'Accepted' because the fields do not have labels.

They are disabled by default for the Terms and Conditions widget. You will have to enable the labels inside of the field properties and you should set the text you added inside of the widgets as the Question text.

So then it will show up twice to the user when they are submitting the form?

Based on my colleague's workaround, yes, you would have the text duplicated basically.

However, I think you may change the default accepted text, you may add the same as the text you have on the terms option:

    I hope this helps.
