My users are started experiencing issues over the last 2 sunday nights when submitting forms.
They advise screen options are missing, including the submit button and automatic calculations are not done on a Sunday night.
Do you do planned maintenance on Sunday nights, from around 10:00 GMT onwards ? This is now affecting our operation as users have to submit information as they end their shift.
Please advise asap.

I have checked your form and I am able to see the Submit button and the Calculation seems to be working properly.
I see that you have a condition that Hides the Submit button if the Total Miles = 0.
There is no planned maintenance on Sunday nights as far as I know.
I suspect that the calculation is not working in the user's browser. Are you able to replicate the issue?
It would help us if you can get a browser's Console Report (Screenshot ) when the issue happens.

I have checked your JotForm after changing my system time to Sunday, and I was unable to replicate the issue at my end. Could you let us know if the issue is being occurred with any specific people or device? I also notice that the Auto-fill option is enabled on the form. Could you try disabling the option next Sunday to see if that works? Also, If you notice the issue again we request you to let us know here immediately and how to replicate it so that we can take a look and assist you further.
