Passing the values from one form to another is not working for some fields.

I am trying to copy data entered to the first form to the second one according to your instruction : https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

My instruction to feed the second form looks like:

Unfortunatelly, only fields :rokUrodzenia and wybierzJedna are automatically feed on the second form.

I cannot find mistake, I kindly ask for your assistance.

Your are not using the correct characters to add more than one field, instead of using commas, you need to use ampersands (&). Example:

You can try this URL parameter, as what my colleague have said, always use the ampersand(&) and get the field ID's Unique name to get the value of the radio button.
