Card Forms: Why is the submit button disaplyed on the first page?

Looks great. First time I tried it on a phone (sent via texting). I got the first screen shot. NOTE: SUBMIT shows so I never see my second question. When I try again, I get 1 of 2 at the bottom (instead of SUBMIT) so I see my second question. FYI - The second question is conditional based on the content of the first question but it works fine on my desktop.

The form is actually behaving as per the conditions you have configured, the conditions are triggered as  soon as the value on the field changes, I have tested the form and it works the same way on both, mobile and desktop, the first page is shown and when you click start the first field is shown, once you change the slider the next questions are shown.

    Example:

You may alternatively disable the submit button until the slider is filled, this way the users cannot submit the form without filling out the rest of the fields.

This guide will help you with such conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/371-How-to-Enable-Disable-Fields-Using-Conditional-Logic

Here's an example about how that will work: https://form.jotform.com/80637942273967

    I hope this helps.
