Everything is set up but we have yet to receive one notification. We need this resolved asap as this is affecting our business. Let me know if there is something on my end that I can do.

I checked your email address and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked the email logs and I can see that emails were being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:
