How can I move older submissions out of my form either into a different form or into a spreadsheet?

I keep customer custom order forms.  Once the order is complete, I would like to move it out of my form into another form or into a spreadsheet to keep the active form report clean.  Any ideas how this could be accomplished on a regular basis?
