Missing data in response mails in outlook but can be viewed in gmail.

I have a form that resides on jotform (Liquidus Media Estimate Request) in outlook data is missing, it is fine in gmail and other email platforms. We have tested and only found this issue in outlook. I have attached a screenshot below

I have tried this with my Outlook email but was not able to replicate it from my end.

The missing field above the "test2" input was due to your email body settings.

Try creating a new email notification and add your outlook email to that notification and make another submission, see if that works.
