How to allow user to edit their own submission data?

Can a user change / resubmit a form once it's been submitted?

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want your users to edit their own submission data. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "{edit_link}" tag in form's auto-responder email alert. When the form is submitted, user will receive an auto-responser email with a clickable link. Clicking on this link will open the form with user input data already filled in. User can edit the data and submit the form again.
