How do I print a summary of the forms that have been submitted

I am using an Artist Booking Request form and would like to print a weekly summary of all submissions that includes the fields.

I need the summary on a sheet to provide to the attorney and artist for decision of acceptance of the booking request

You can download first all the submission data of the form, and then print the summary/report using the downloaded report file.
