I just changed a form. Unfortunately filled forms do not reach us anymore.
Test-Emails from Jotform are working properly. I just worked ton form: Allgemeine Frachtanfrage. Secondly one is not forwarded to our "thank you" side.
While this is quite important for us, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I have checked your form an noticed the issue you may be having. You have setup conditions to send email base on what user fills in the PLZ field. However i have filled the field with characters that does not meat your conditional criteria and no email was sent to emails in the notification field reason being the condition is not met.
One option you have to resolved this is to create a condition that will check the value of the field and if its not within the set condition user will not be able to submit form. the guide here will help on this solution: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Second option you have is to create another notification and what this notification will do is if conditions are not met in the first email condition then this notification will send email to the email address set in the notification.
