Unable to receive email alert

I had 2 submissions and non have come to my email...

The email address (daniel.bernardo@evonik.com) is not on our bounce list. Here's a screenshot of the email log:

Please try checking your spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.
