Hi, a few days ago I set up a MailChimp integration with my forms. It seems that the SMTP Email Responder and Notifications are no longer working. Do these features conflict with the MailChimp Integration?

Unfortunately, I can not see the MailChimp integration at the form you shared at the moment.
But, I have cloned it for testing with my test account and have succesfully received both Notification and Autoresponder email via SMTP:
Can you kindly provide us some more information, so we could have a chance to replicate the issue?
