If I add a question to my form will it affect my submission data?

I want to add a space asking for Cell Phone number, can I add it to the bottom of this form without screwing what my results look like? How will it appear in data for the people whom I didn't ask this question to?

Adding fields shouldn't be a problem. The data grid at the bottom of your SUBMISSIONS PAGE will just add another column for the field you added.

People or respondents who have previously answered your form will never see your submission data though. From their perspective, all they see is your form and once they submit, that's basically it. Not unless you are purposely sharing your submissions with them. If you do share your submissions with them, it shouldn't cause any problems either since the data will just be appended.
