Not receiving email notifications.

    I haven't received any email form submissions or test emails for my form. I do see them in the Jotform database though.

    Have you checked your spam folder? Please check it, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM.

    In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    I am also having the same problem. It will go to one email recipient, but not the other I have added. I found out that my second email was on the bounce list accidentally.
