reCAPTCHA: Request to replace reCaptcha v1 with reCaptcha v2

    Hi Support,

    We have included your forms in many of the sites. But now we are facing  a big problem of Recaptcha. We are getting an error message saying that recaptcha v1 is expired and need to be upgraded. These is happening accross our all bigcommerce sites. Kindly Please help me out of these. Our contact form, request quote all had stopped working. Kindly please reply me ASAP.

    I was not able to replicate the issue you reported, but I found some other threads where the same issue was reported, and it seems that Google has deprecated support for the reCAPTCHA V1 as stated here.

    I will report this issue to our developers. 

    For now, you can use a different Captcha field. For example, the Google reCAPTCHA widget.
