I receive an error message "there are errors on this form. please fix before continuing"

Hello! 

I created this awesome jotform for my tryout registration. However, when I go to do a test submission and click "submit" an error message pops up and says "there are errors on this form. please fix before continuing." But there are no error messages on any of the questions and I have completely filled in everything!! Please help me fix this form!

I cloned the form to test it on my end and I was not able to replicate the issue. Could you please test it again and make sure all required fields are answered? I see a lot of small signature field that is hard to see and sign.
