I can't see the spaces in the email notification

I solved problem about text of email but there still is the problem about the "Signature" and "date" space, i created a new autoresponder but i can't see that spaces in the email.

Can you please provide more details about which spacing you're referring? If you can upload a screenshot here, that'd be appreciated.

So far the spacing in the autoresponder is correct when I made a test on a cloned of your form.
