Account: I have a JotForm on our website but no way to edit it

I have a jot form installed into our company website. I have no way to edit or update it. It was installed by someone I hired to manage website that no longers works for me. How do i fix this?

As an alternative solution, you can create your own JotForm forms and embed them to your websites.
