    The submitted form is showing MORE fields selected than what was actually selected.

    The user must have selected those fields and then changed the answer on a field that caused some of the fields to hide. This is why you are seeing data on the submissions page and not on the edit mode of the form.

    To prevent this, set the Clear Hidden Field Values option to Clear on Being Hidden instead of Clear on Submit.
