Is there a way to tally the total amount of donations we received from all submissions?

Hi,

I have created a simple 2 question form:

1. Organization name (Drop down)

2. Donation amount

I would like the form to calculate the total amount of donations submitted so far for the organization chosen. Is this possible?

Hello Dennis - Form calculations are done locally, meaning you can only compute / tally something that is within the form. From how you described it, you wanted to tally the total of all the donations you received so far from all your submissions.

Your form https://www.jotform.com/80816402951152 doesn't have any submissions yet though. Once you have a couple of submissions, my recommendation is for you to export your data to Excel, then analyze your submissions from there (e.g. get the total donations for all the submissions sent).
