How to create and use a Fillable PDF form?

    Hi JotForm,

So I've been looking/testing every single form creator for Wordpress and keep running into the same issue and was wondering if you guys are the solution I need. I see you have Fillable PDF's which is exactly what I need; however, I am curious as to how these are recorded. Essentially I want the form export to essentially mirror/copy the form as it looked before. For example your admissions application example I want it to look exactly like that filled out in the PDF format. Is that possible because I'm tired of these fancy forms being outputted as basic text with no styling etc. simply to make them more efficient.

    Thanks,

    Michael Riechmann

To submit the Fillable PDF form you need to have an internet access. The submitted data will be stored on your JotForm account.

You also have to use the Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit to fill and submit the Fillable PDF form.

Please note that the Fillable PDF form will not look exactly the same as an online JotForm form.

Admissions Application example form is our Fillable PDF form that was converted from an online form, so your Fillable PDF form can look the same.

I would suggest you to create an online form using our Form Builder and to convert it to a Fillable PDF form to see how the form will look.
