Error on Authorize.net Donation Form

    We are using a JotForm for donations and have had a handful of customers complain they are getting the following error:

    --

    PCI :: Error on transaction

    An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 1, position 707.

    --

    Is there a known cause or fix for this issue?

    It looks like most of the submissions and payments are going through.  It could be due to a script conflict or something of that nature with the page your form is embedded to.  Try your embed code to the iFrame code and see if that prevents the issue from reoccurring:
