Hi there, sorry this is my second ticket today, but I am trying to get this right, I have people testing the form I have created and on the mobile it is terrible, and cannot even be seen properly, perhaps you can take a look at tell me why?

I have included the link https://deegardner.co.uk/pages/free-prize-draw

On my PC it looks ok but loads very slowly, but on mobile it is terrible to fill out.

I have checked the form on your web page and see that it is displaying correctly on the PC and mobile as well. However, it looks like there is some conflict with other scripts on the page and not allowing to proceed further from Name card. Are you using any online builder or CMS like WordPress or Shopping cart CMS to build your web page? Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed method and see if that works? You may get the iframe embed code for your form by following the guide below:

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

Hi Kiran, yes it is embedded within the shopify website, sometimes it is working and on other devices it is not, could you take another look and just make sure the settings are correct for me? Thank you very much. Dee

Hello Dee - The page shows you're still using the default script embed codes. Can you kindly try my colleague's suggestion of using the iframe embed codes instead?

    Complete guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Just remove the current embed codes you placed on that page then replace them with the iframe codes to see if it will make a difference.
