How to downgrade our subscription to Free?

I would like to downgrade our subscription to free. We no longer use these forms, but never know if there will be a need in the future.

If you want to cancel your subscription and downgrade to free plan, kindly follow the guide below.

Kindly note that since you are on "Premium Plan" on of the grandfathered account once you cancel your subscription you can not revert back to this plan in future.
