Change the name shown for autoresponder emails

How do I change the name so instead of a prospect seeing an email from JotForm they see an email from AVH Invest or Your Recent Inquiry or something similar?

I believe what you are looking to change would be the Sender Name, which is under the "Recipients" tab.
