Please wait issue after clicking submit of embedded form

    I've tested our new form on the JotForm site, works great!  However, when I embed on our site, it stays on PLEASE WAIT after clicking submit.  Thoughts?  My web developer checked my work on WordPress back end and said all looks correct to him. Thanks!

    What I suggest you try first is to re-embed the form on your website using instead the iframe publish code.

    When I checked the currently published form, I see it is using the default Wordpress oembed code. It is possible script conflict issue was happening, which causes the "please wait" issue when submitting the form.

    Make sure to remove/clean first any existing script embedded code before adding back the form using its iframe embed code.

    Let us know if this did not fix the issue.
