Can i create bilingual forms?

Hi, i am now trying to create a form.  May i know if i can have bi-lingual version?  In case Chinese is used, how can i ensure all the characters can be seen and will not be garbled?

We do have an option to create a multilingual form. You will have an option to check and adjust the autotranslation if you find some texts grabled.
