Several of jot forms folders have been changed and forms are not accessible and unable to opened for editing / viewing in my admin functions. I have cleared my cookies and restarted my computer.
This was not happening prior to a couple of days ago and I'm wondering if it has something to do with my recent upgrade. I simply upgraded my account and was notified I had a duplicate account - see attached screen shot.
When I click on the form - absolutely nothing happens - they are not functioning.
Please help - I need access.

Is the issue related to the SSS folder in your account?
I was able to replicate the issue you reported when I tried to select any form from that folder. I was able to replicate the same issue on my account. When a new folder is created all forms from the account are shown inside of that folder, like in My Forms folder, but they can not be selected. When a new folder is created it should be empty.
I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
For now to fix that folder, select My Forms folder and add a form to the SSS folder from there.
