Upgrading my account

Hi there, I'm using Jot Form and I have just upgraded from a free account to the bronze level, but now I need to upgrade to the silver level as I read it wrong, I thought the bronze was more payments than just 10. If I upgrade to the silver, will it be an additional $39 or only $20 since I only upgraded to the bronze last week on the 4th April? Thank you and I'll look forward to hearing from you.

It will be at additional cost only. The upgrade will be at prorated amount.

You can upgrade the subscription in your account Billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

Click on the Upgrade button in the SILVER plan to proceed with the upgrade.
