Emailing

Hi there,  I am currently trialling the forms for my business.

I have created a new form which is great but I need it so that once the 

form is completed the form is then sent to myself and the  email address in the form.

Is this possible? 

Is it also possible to add a disclaimer popup when the submit button is pressed?

Yes you can send email to yourself and any email address that user has filled in.

There is no disclaimer popup, however, you could add the terms and conditions widget, in which one you add the link to the page where the disclaimer is located. 

You could set it up this way, on the Terms Link field, add the URL of the page.
