I have tested the form you shared, but I am not sure what kind of error are you getting.

I have tested your form once again and I still can't see any error upon redirecting to PayPal:
Since your PayPal integration is set up correctly at our end, I suppose you have experienced some temporary issues with PayPal. But, if you will have some doubts, please try to take a screenshot of the error and we will be able to investigate it further.
