Form Count Limit: No puedo realizar formularios

    Buenos días, yo tengo contratado un plan en el que me dan acceso a realizar 25 formularios al mes, pero durante todo el mes de abril no me han permitido realizar ninguno y ya estamos a 12, quisiera que me explicaran ello, porque para mí sí es importante la realización de dichos formularios. Gracias

    The form count limit does not reset for each month. It is the total active form count that you have in your account according to our plans.

    You can delete or disable some of your forms in order to create the new ones.

    'Forms (total): This is the number of forms you can create and that are active. You can enable and disable the forms to allow you to set which ones should be active.'
