PDF Design not saving

PDF Design is not saving, this feature is mandatory for what we need. Please help. I made a form and now it is not showing the Text fields in the ACTUAL Form, nor is it allowing me to edit the PDF design to include it.

Please make sure that a 'Show Headers and Texts' option is enabled on submissions page:

This should include the text in submission view and PDF template/designer.

If the text field is missing in your online form you may need to add the text again. If you need any further assistance on this, please also provide us with a link to the form in question.
