Can jotform ( online data entry form ) be sent Via Whatsapp?

I'm not sure if I understood your question, but you may share the link via Whatsapp as a normal message, when the users click on the link they will be redirected to their web browser to fill out the form, all the form submission process will be done through the browser and not actually on Whatsapp.
