How can I make an answer-driven survey?

I was wondering how to make an answer-driven survey. For example, if they chose 'Yes', it will bring them to a certain set of question(s) and if they chose 'No' it will bring them to a different set of questions.

I suggest you check the Show and Hide Field condition and Skip Page condition.
