Why are we not receiving emails from Jotform?

    emails are being received to my private email - suddenlink.net (from noreply@jotform.com)

    emails ARE NOT being received to my business email exchange server


    here is what has been done -

    1. exchange server is set to allow ANY emails coming from noreply@jotform.com and jotform.com

    2. outlook clients have in the safe email address list the same setup as #1

    3. the emails ARE NOT appearing in the junk or spam folders in outlook

    The only thing I have not tried is to allow ip addresses through the exchange server.

    If I need to do that will need the ip addresses

    From your explanation above the most likely issue is there is some way that jotform has been block form sending emails to your exchange server. This may be because of the IP address probably since you have white-listed jotform.com and noreply@jotform.com. I would also recommend you add noreply@formresponse.com to the white-list in addition to the following IP addresses:
