Is it possible to populate the data to a JotForm from an Excel spreadsheet?

I need to know if there is a way of linking a form to an excel spreadsheet of data so that when a valid submission is made in one field, the form auto-populates additional data from that spreadsheet?

So, you'd log into the jotform and identify yourself and in doing so, the form would then fill in a set of fields based on the data in the spreadsheet, and the user would then answer questions related to those data fields.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks.

Yes. It is possible to populate the data to your form by entering the unique field value from the spreadsheet using Spreadsheet to Form widget. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with using the widget.
