Some users cannot fill the form

    Hello,


    I have sent the form that I have made out to several of my clients. A couple of them have come back to me complaining because they had to fill in the form 3 times and kept losing their data. In the end, I had to send them a PDF to print out and bring in to me.

    Any ideas what may be wrong please?

    I have tried making a test submission to your form and everything worked correctly. I was redirected to https://shiatsumassageperth.com/thank-you after the submission.

    I am not sure why the users are having problems.
    Do they get an error after clicking the submit button?
    A screenshot of the browser's console would help us to detect if there is an issue.

    You can suggest them fill the form from another network or using a different browser.
