Why did we receive an email that our subscription is expiring?

    I recieved this email saying that our subscription is expiring and we upgraded and it shoule be good until the end of the year.

    April 28, 2015, you've started the Bronze Bi-Yearly (2-years) subscription with Jotform. 

    On April 28, 2017, the subscription has been renewed for another 2-years.

    On November 17, 2017, you've upgraded the subscription to Silver Yearly plan. A proration was made. You've been refunded the amount of $100.35 USD. The date of the renewal stays on April 28th. 

    On April 28, 2018, FastSpring tried to charge your card on file but failed due to a declined transaction or invalid card details. 


    Again, you've upgraded the account to Silver, but the renewal date is the same since FastSpring prorated the amount. Please use the link above to update your payment method.

    As I check your account subscription, the payment follow-up is still under process. Our payment gateway shall attempt to charge the card on file on 11-May-2018. Once the account is renewed successfully, you'll be able to get the invoice from the billing section of your account settings.

    Our payment processor had just charged your card 35 minutes ago. The renewal is $390 for another year.
