Why there is no autoresponder option in my form?

I'd like to send an autoresponder email every time someone fills out the form.  I've tried to set that up under the Email tab, but the only choices I have for recipients are hard coded address rather than picking up the email address the respondent entered.

    What am I missing?

    Hello MedicareMadeEasy,

I checked your form's settings but what appears there is the notification email only. I do not see an autoresponder email. Can you try creating an autoresponder email from a fresh setup?

You can check out this guide for reference: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

    Thanks.

There in lies the problem.  The only option I have after I click the + sign is a Notification.  An autoresponder option does not show up.

I have checked your account and see that it is enabled with HIPAA. Please note that all the forms in HIPAA are encrypted by default and unfortunately, it is not possible to send an autoresponder to the users since viewing the data requires the private key. So, the autoresponder is not available for HIPAA accounts.

    Hope this information helps!
