How can I prefill a google form with some of the entries so that the person who completes it can not change the prefilled entries? If there's a similar feature in jotform, you can show me that as well. I've the same form in here. I'll be trying to reach out to the people who have filled out an application before and our team members will be visiting them.

    Hello,

You can a prefilled link in Google forms by going to the three dot menu and clicking on Get pre-filled link button. However, what you need here is pre-filled link and assign feature, both of which are available in JotForm.

JotForm has this app to generate a prepopulated form URL:

    https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Open this app and do the following steps:

    1) Select a Form you would like to populate.

    2) Fill in the fields.

    3) Generate a URL.

    4) Share the URL with your users.

Also, you can look at this guide:

-Prepopulating Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters

If you want to the users can't change the prefilled fields you can set the fields "read-only" before the generating a prepopulated form. You can do this as you can see below:

You can use JotForm Mobile if your team members will visit your customers in the field. JotForm Mobile Forms allows you to build, fill out, and view forms on your mobile device. You can assign forms to certain team members so that they can have access to your forms while you remain the form owner. Moreover, you can reach out submissions from different assignees separately.
