How do I connect an Adobe e-sign document to JotForm so it can be edited?

I understand that I have to authenticate - I have done that.

In the title - what do I put. Dp I just make up a title?

Also how does JotForm knows which file I want it to be signed?

The far as I got is this:

I was able to embed it into Wix site. I was able to sign a page that only said my name and it said the title of the document but the pdf wasn't there. Do I need to upload that before? But how can the user fill in their info then?

    Thanks

Yes, you can put any title that you want. I recommend you put the Form Title here.

The integration will automatically generate a completed copy of your form and open the document in Adobe Document Cloud where your users can append their e-signatures.

It means that the file will be created based on the form in JotForm. You do not need to upload any PDF file in Adobe.

I recommend you to watch the video on this blog post: https://www.jotform.com/blog/adobe-document-cloud-esign-widget/.

Please take note that this is an outdated video because it is still using the Form Builder version 3. However, you will still see the similar workflow. The workflow will start at 1:12.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
