Is there a limit for uploading files?

We cannot understand if there some kind of upload limit for photos. Can you help?

With some submissions everything seems to be ok, with some other, some of the photos might be missing and with some other submissions, we never receive the uploaded photos.

JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file. I can see that you have also limited Upload fields on your form to 10854 KB. Please look through our guide on Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.

You may also consider setting Upload fields as required if you need to make sure that respondents upload files.
