How can I update my payment details after my account got suspended?

    i received a notification that my payment didn’t go through and I had 7 days to fix.  I go to login to update the credit card and I’m already suspended.  Can you please give me a way to update the payment

    Hi, we can unsuspend your account so you can update the payment details from the billing section. However, we need the username of your suspended account in order to unsuspended it. Since you're currently using a guest account we don't know what's your account. Please provide the username of the suspended account so we can unsuspend it.
