How to let the responder answer the question with the Unique ID Number which shown in Submission notification ?

Hi , here is my notification submission in email. I also attached with the link for the responder to answer through this code number. My purpose is the form which provided by link below ( in notification submission ) will auto use the ID number of CBC 0034 to complete the second form ( the link in notification submission ). 
Therefore the responder will no need to type ID number again. I mean this will be linked together. 

If I understood correctly, you want to pass the Unique ID that is created in your first form to the second form.

If I understand the requirements correctly, you would like to make the form respondent have the second form auto-populated with the Unique ID value that is generated in the first form. 

Please follow these steps:

1) I used Unique ID widget, Short Text Entry field and Get Page URL widget.

2)  When the user submits the form for the first time, the autoresponder shows the redirect link to the user. The user can see the unique ID for the second submission. 

3) You can redirect to user to your form on Autoresponder settings.

You need to copy the field's unique name which is uniqueID or typeA.

4) After the second submission, the form will send autoresponder email to the user contains "Thank you" message.

Hi , I tried for 4 hours using this and still stuck , my second form didn't pop up with Unique ID number from First Form. Your Video shown ?uniqueid , Is it in the Second form Field ? 
Type A is in the first form ? uniqueid is in the first form ? 

I tried Drag and drop the UniqueID in the second form to be in the form but no result. 
Really need your further detail 

You are trying to pass the Unique ID from the form  http://www.jotform.me/form/81831590261455 to the form http://www.jotform.me/form/81751399761468, correct?

You need to add the Short Text Entry field inside of your second form to which you will pass the Unique ID form your first form. 

In my form the Unique Name of this field is uniqueId8

Hi , I don't why i use your guide to do it and no success. i had added and changed as per below. Please correct me if i'm wrong. And i'm sorry , i'm really new here. and i found this program is very useful apply into the business.

I had added email to be in submission result in the first form by using the 2nd link , See the link i shown " ?uniqueId8={uniqueid} " at the tail, i do the same thing in email auto reminder and notification. 

**Here is my 2nd Form , I add text short entry into the form , and i do nothing over here. 

Only collect the Short text Entry field : " uniqueid " to be put in the link i share in the 1st Form. 

**Here is my First Form , I use UniqueID widget which has " uniqueId8"
