Unable to complete and send forms

    I have a user who is not able to send/complete ANY jotforms. She can open the form and then it will not let her press “preview” answers meaning she will never be able to submit either. This is occurring with ALL JotForms, both ones that she has created myself and ones I have created. The user is Kristin Moretz and her email is kmoretz@alphaemc.com. Please assist.

    I did a test submission to one of your forms and it is working fine on my end. The Preview button and the Submit button are working properly on my end.

    Could you please try using a different internet browser or different internet connection for testing purposes?

    Ok she tried Internet Explorer and it worked. What does that now mean for her use of Chrome? Does she simply need to clear cache and cookies?

    Before clearing your cache and cookies, is the form embedded of a website? If yes, please provide the website link so we can try to replicate it using Google Chrome.
