How do I get my money back from ticket ?

I have paid for a ticket and festival has now been cancelled when and how can I get my money back ?

Hi, in order to get a refund for your ticket, you should contact the form owner (i.e: the event organiser). Do notice that Jotform does not collect any payments, we provide a Form Editor in which any user that complies with our Terms of Use can create and publish online forms in order to collect data and optionally, payments.
